Aqua Bliss Swim has been designed to provide a clean and safe swimming experience for its users. To keep everyone safe the following rules apply to all bathers. Anyone seen breaking the pool rules will be asked to leave the pool and may lose any future bookings.

Minimum of 2 Adults must be present within the pool area at all times (during private hire)
Minimum age for pool use – 3 months old
Children must be accompanied by a minimum of two competent adults who can look after the child in an emergency.
Strictly NO DIVING, PUSHING, BOMBING, CARTWHEELING OR OTHERWISE GYMNASTIC LIKE entries into the pool. Enter and Exit the pool via step ladder in shallow end of the pool.
No RUNNING around pool area
Floats and Toys have been provided for your entertainment, please place them back where found at the end of your session and know these are to be used at your own risk. Aqua Bliss swim accept no responsibility for accident or injury during use. If a toy floats in the filter area, please leave it and inform Samantha Newsome on exit.
No FOOD OR DRINK to be consumed in the pool itself, and all rubbish to be disposed of in bins provided.
No ALCOHOL OR DRUGS to be consumed on the premises.
Do NOT touch the pool cover at any time. It is the owner’s responsibility to remove this before users enter the building and replace it once users have left the building.
Bathers MUST have a fully charged MOBILE PHONE with reception pool side during their session.
Please ensure all outdoor footwear is removed as you enter the building or use the overshoes provided please in order to keep the area as clean as possible for all users.
Please SHOWER BEFORE YOU ATTEND (no shower available on site) and refrain from wearing moisturisers and / or fake tans when using the pool. This allows Aqua Bliss Swim to use fewer chemicals which provides a better bathing experience for all.
Bathers must wear appropriate swimming attire. Children who still wear a nappy must wear an appropriate swim nappy during swimming time – Bathers must take used nappies away with them.
Only signed up members may use the pool. Unauthorised use is not permitted.
Private Hire members must not arrange swimming lessons in their sessions.
The normal operating plan (NOP) and emergency operating plan (EOP) is located within the pool area and available to read – Group leader is responsible for health and safety of all within their party during the session.
The Pool Hire Agreement / Terms and Conditions must be read and signed prior to session
Do not swim after consuming a heavy meal or after alcohol, strong medication or prescribed/recreational drugs.
A changing mat and travel cot can be provided on request for babies under the age of 2 years, to be used at own risk
Do not allow a person within your group, who may have a contagious illness (including diarrhoea) to swim. All members of your group must by physically fit enough to swim, see DO NOT Swim information for details.
In the event of an accident or incident, please complete the accident book located in the pool area and inform Samantha Newsome as soon as possible.
No GLASS in The Aqua Bliss Swim building.
Pool users must stick to their allocated swimming session and leave punctually at the end. The 1-hour session includes swim time and changing time. Be aware there is only one cubicle available for changing.
NO smoking is permitted in or around the building.
Keep all exits and entrances clear.
Parking is not permitted on site – please use local car parks at rear of wetherspoons, above B and M bargains or next to King George’s park (all are within a 2-5 minute walking distance)
Please notify Samantha immediately of any damage to the pool or equipment.
Please adhere to all signs in and around the pool for health and safety
Only access the pool during your assigned hire time.
