By booking a session, the Group Leader confirms that they, and all members of their party, have read, understood, and agree to the following:
Liability: Aqua Bliss Swim is not responsible for any injury or loss incurred during your visit. The Group Leader accepts full responsibility for the safety and well-being of all guests and their personal belongings.
Access Only: Only attendees listed on the booking for may use the pool during the agreed session.
Maximum Capacity: A maximum of 6 bathers may use the pool per session (unless otherwise agreed). Swim supervision ratios must be followed. The Group Leader is fully responsible for any children under 16 in their group.
Supervision Requirements: If ratios are not met, a £10 fee will apply for an Aqua Bliss representative to oversee the session. If supervision cannot be arranged, the booking will be cancelled without refund.
Session Timing: Please stay within your booked time slot. Overrunning your session may result in additional charges.
Right to Refuse or Remove Access: Aqua Bliss reserves the right to refuse or revoke access if pool rules are breached. Serious or repeated breaches may result in a permanent ban from private hire and swimming lessons.
Building Access: Aqua Bliss reserves the right to enter all areas of the building at any time for maintenance, cleaning, or tours.
Safety Information: The Pool Safety Operating Procedure (PSOP) is displayed near the first aid kit. All guests are advised to review it.
Pool Filters: Do not touch, lean on, or swim close to pool filters. If an item becomes stuck in a filter or on the bottom grille, do not attempt to retrieve it. Inform the owner immediately.
Emergency Procedures: Scissors for emergency use are available in a break-glass box poolside. These are intended for situations such as hair or clothing getting caught.
Poolside Conduct: Always walk around the pool. Wet surfaces, matting edges, and equipment can be hazardous. Aqua Bliss accepts no responsibility for injuries—guests are expected to follow all safety guidelines.
Poolside Conduct continued: please maintain noise at a considerate level at all times, in consideration and respect of our neighbours. Should the volume become excessive, we reserve the right to request that you vacate the premises. Please keep doors closed at all times to lessen noise pollution.
Pool Closures: Aqua Bliss may close the pool at any time for safety or maintenance. In such cases, replacement sessions will be offered.
Payment: Full payment is required in advance to confirm your booking.
Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.
Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued if less than 24 hours’ notice is given.
Infant Facilities: A travel cot and changing mat are available upon request and are used at your own risk.
Pool Toys and Equipment: Floats and toys are available and used at your own risk. Aqua Bliss is not liable for any injury caused during use.
No Lifeguard On Site: The Group Leader is responsible for the safety of all swimmers in their group throughout the session.
Incident Reporting: In the event of an accident or injury, follow the PSOP, contact Samantha Newsome immediately, and complete the accident form provided.
Agreement Acknowledgement: By completing and returning this form, the Group Leader confirms they have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions, Pool Rules, Pool Safety Information Sheet, and the “When Not to Swim” guidance. The Group Leader is responsible for sharing this information with all attending guests.
